Intelligence... yeah sure.

Intelligence: the capacity to acquire and apply knowledge, the faculty of thought and reason, and/or superior powers of mind (1). So who is really "intelligent"? Often times we think of intelligence with a correlation to maturation. We think of some one who is intelligent as one who has traveled the journey to higher learning. What I've noticed is that there is no destination to this journey.
In fact, the whole notion of "intelligence" has its roots within the notions of potential, possibility, and capacity; referring to the future and not the present. So is it safe to say that everyone is intelligent irregardless of levels of maturity? Heck Yes.

Everyone we've refferred to as "intelligent" has only stated the obvious in their works. It seems as if the difference between them and their praisers is their ability to state the obvious. So are we really on a chase to perpetuate our level of communication, lowkey?
