Pakistan bans Fbook and Ytube

So Pakistan is banning Facebook and YouTube because the govt deems these sites to be blasphemous in relevance to their precious religion. I personally feel as though taking this large of a measure is far too much. To echo Chris Brummitt, this hurts the business owners who advertise to the constituency in this country. A religion is a belief system that a group partakes in. However, the individuals that partake in this religion are responsible for their own advancement within the corridors of the system. With that, the govt should allow these individuals make these decisions individually.

It's sad that the govt must be that tyrannous with decision making and that assertive in implying that they don't trust their citizens with being religiously responsible. That country already has an explosive environment in which the citizens are the metaphorical bombs. The govt and citizens often collide because of the unfair rationality of the govt. I wont be surprised that if a few--yes a few-- citizens retaliate after realizing that their govt doesn't respect their capability to be responsible with religion. The govt has good intent but bad prudence in my opinion.
